My name is Robin Lowey, and I’m the Founder, Publisher, Curator and Editor-in-Chief of the popular online magazine Epochalips: Smart Lesbian Commentary. Since 2010, I’ve published close to 1,000 articles, interviews and Op-ed pieces, each from a variety of well-known LGBTQ contributors and guest writers. In addition to my work publishing the Epochalips: Smart Lesbian Commentary online magazine, I’m also an established Graphic Designer/Creative Director with over 20 years experience in writing, publication design and printing. As a member of the LGBT Speakers Bureau (an organization that goes into local high schools to help debunk stereotypes about LGBTQ people) I know this book is urgently needed at this time in history. On a personal note, I’m also a proud, pioneering lesbian mom of two now adult sons born in 1990 and 1996, respectively.
